squidbug is my musical alias. i don't have any concrete goals for this project, but i do hope it inspires other people into creative expression!music and art are great forms of therapy. if you enjoy them and have struggled with journaling consistently, try writing poems or making visual art expressing your feelings! then, something terrible can become fuel for your voice and expression. using your creative voice is empowering to yourself and others.if a piece is too painful to keep around? destroy it and experience the catharsis of freedom and release! however, nothing is more cathartic to me than howling my joys, sorrows, and rage to the mountaintops over loud instruments!! 😈alsooo, Bean Jams art can be found here
